Our vinegar is traditionally fermented using a slow process, giving it an acidity of around 4%. It includes ‘The Mother’ — the cloudy, web-like strands full of beneficial enzymes, proteins, and good bacteria. This is a sign of purity and part of what makes this gel so unique.

Let’s Talk About the Smell

Yes — it smells of vinegar. That’s because it is real vinegar: raw, unfiltered, and complete with ‘The Mother’. We don’t mask it with heavy fragrance or alcohol. That said, the natural tea tree scent soon takes over, and the smell fades within minutes.
